How to Get Started
Student Conduct & Session Policy
By enrolling, every student (and a parent or guardian for any student under 18) agrees to the following:
- Respectful conduct. Treat tutors and staff with respect at all times. Cursing, harassment, bullying, threats, or abusive language is not permitted.
- No inappropriate or explicit behavior. Sexually explicit, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate language, gestures, images, or behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited.
- Appropriate dress. Students must be fully and appropriately clothed during every session. Being shirtless/topless or wearing revealing attire is not allowed.
- No recording or redistribution. Tutoring sessions, videos, and materials may not be recorded, copied, shared, published, or redistributed anywhere without prior written approval from OTS.
- OTS discretion. OTS reserves the right to cancel, deny, suspend, or permanently ban any account at any time, for any reason. Accounts closed for violating this policy are not eligible for a refund.
Self-Pay Membership Policy
All self-pay memberships are reviewed and approved by OTS staff. Membership is for participation in the Tutoring Program only; it may not be used for outside initiatives or solicitations of any kind. Overseas Tribal Services reserves the right to decline or remove any membership that does not meet the requirements and intent of the program.
Sponsorship: Student Catalog
Your sponsorship gives a student the tutoring, resources, and mentorship they need to master English and unlock new opportunities. Browse our password-protected Student Catalog to personally choose a student to sponsor — request access below for approval by our team. All catalog photos and information are confidential and must not be shared.
